hi..

i recently have started to use rsync to backup stuff to dreamhost after following few tutorials. sometimes i need to stop the transfer cos the files to backup are very large and can not be done in one go.

anyone who knows terminal commands can please tell what is the preferred way to interrupt the transfer? right now i just close the terminal window by click the x. it gives a warning and i click close in the warning dialog box.

thanks.
