It's The Daily Show in super-concentrated crack form. Go forth and spread the good news.

Indeed. It's fucking awesome.

In fact, you either copied Gruber's thought, or he just happened to have the same as you.

It’s like a three- or four-minute-long concentrated, faster-cut, and more sarcastic version of The Daily Show. Absolutely fantastic. The archives go back about a month; I’m rationing them out at just a few a day. I predict this is going to make Ze Frank famous.

I had to stop it about 4 seconds in. I'm not staring into this guy's face for an extended period of time even if he's funnier than Eddie Izzard.

I had to stop too. I was sure he was going to get the back of my LCD wet with all the spittle and raspberry noises...and I don't how the fuck I'd clean that.

So it goes.

I like it.

So, I went searching through his homepage and found this bit of enlightenment: punctuation substitution <- well, I did.

Actually, I like his version better. There's a phrase about 'great minds'...

My power move is thinking like John Gruber.

OK - dumb question from me ... can you subscribe to this show as a podcast?

I see an xml link on the page, but have been unable to configure iTunes so far.

Any help appreciated.

The longer answer: The XML link can be used in a textual feedreader, e.g. Safari RSS, NetNewsWire, NewsFire, etc., and will notify you about new episodes. However, neither iTunes nor Democracy (a dedicated video podcast viewer) recognize it as a video feed, and it's been requested by multiple viewers already in comments that Ze Frank try and fix this.

Yeah, I was disappointed about that as well, but I just have it as an RSS feed in my Bookmarks and get reminded that way.
