Thanks for the quick reply.
But I have not experienced any big gains using expos�, or other GPU related tasks.
Then said, I am not a gamer - I only use my G4 as a DAW.

So what the heck....

But, does the 9800 PRO support Core Image?
It is not mentioned at Apple`s compatible hardware list.

All I can say is that I got a Radeon X800 XT for my G5, and it's awesome.

It is supported. All Radeons with the number 9600 and higher will support it.
