MacMinute reports that the G5 PowerMac developer notes have been released. Perhaps this may lay to rest the question as to what kind of processors the revision B models have.
Incidentally, would someone here please find the answer to this question? I'm a complete neophyte when it comes to this sort of thing. Thanks for your help. |

Can't tell, but in summary: (1) Model property for all PowerMacs is PowerMac7,3 (2) 1.8GHz has a memory controller called "U3" and the 2.0GHz and 2.5Ghz share one called "U3H" (3) Controller is 130nm Silicon on Insulatator, not 90nm (4) There's also an IO Controller called "K2". Any more questions?
