[Merovingian]

A question for all of you dance music listeners...

I'm trying to find out the name and artist of a song for someone, and have no idea how to go about it. All I know is that the song is a dance song, and apparently contains no vocals, (from what I've heard of the song, anyway), and has some accordions pumping through most of it. Well, I think they're accordions, but it sounds very French anyhow. And I think that at the very beginning of the song it contains some soft giggling, laughing, or soft speech/whispering, though this is only speculation.

It's quite a distinctive tune, and easy to get into your head after hearing just a small snippet of it.

It's apparently a popular and song and has been on the radio here, (Australia), et cetera...

I'm wondering if you could help me out...

I know you promised me by in grid sounds like that, but it has lyrics.... but there could just be a instrumental version or it could be a different song.
