I'm returning to the IT department I used to work for soon, but this time I may be working in the Web/Database area, rather than in system support (thank God). I can handle most of the technology that's used there already, but I need to learn about Cold Fusion and SQL. They're talking about on-the-job training, but I'd rather learn myself than have somebody else standing over me, teaching me. Anybody have a good idea where I should start?
