i need help from anybody with a lot of simpsons episodes.... i am trying to get a screen capture of homer wearing a shirt.... on the shirt there is a picture of uncle sam with his arms around the globe and underneath it says "you can't stop us"


can anyone help by telling me what season and episode it is and can anyone take a hi res screen shot of the shirt...... i want to pull it into illustrator and make a traced vector file from it and put it on a shirt

I wouldn't think so. If he sold them, than it would be. I highly doubt anyone would go after him for one shirt though. If a T-Shirt place will put it on a shirt for you, I don't think you'll have any problems with it, just make sure you don't sell any.

Exactly my thoughts. Sure, it's illegal, but I have a hard time believing you'd be busted for it. Just make sure you don't share the graphic with anyone or give anyone else a shirt. Stuff like this happens all the time at a few of the schools my friends go to. People will make shirts (sometimes upwards of 20 of them) with pictures of Stewie, Peter, Brian..etc (from Familly Guy) or Homer Simpson, or some other pop culture icon.

They don't get busted for it, but no one is making any money off of it, so I don't think anyone would really care, especially if it's only one shirt.

oh don't give me that.... it's so true...... the piracy is so rampant that most companies don't sell their real stuff except for in one or two places in the biggest cities because they couldn't possibly compete

you guys do have great food..... this isn't a china as a people comment it's a china as a country comment..... the chinese from hong kong and taiwan don't really do it so it shows that it must be the country and not the people...

my students will plagiarize on everything they can, it's not their fault at all... it's that they've never been taught that you shouldn't do it

zazzle won't sell any due to copywrite...which is ok, but dang it, take it off your site then...

will look a bit more, but those appear to be the only sites that offered that shirt...so of to clean my version up and hit the t shirt iron on store

and damn you billybobsky...your shirt likely allerted them...i ordered first from rubikon, they dont make them anymore...so i order from zazzle...they go all flaky and scared of the man on me...so now i try cafe press....why fox merch doesn't sell this is beyond me...they would sell a ton on just about any college campus...well maybe on bob james college...but berkeley would have every other student wearing one

i have a photoshop image i need to clean up some if i want to make my own...if i don't have to make my own, i can still use the image to make a vinyl sticker for my scooter...should go well with my FSM emblem

i would suggest some, but perhaps the clinic would be a better place to write some words...sure "laser apes" is clean, so is "disco squirrel"...but some others wouldn't be kid friendly

Hmm, I was able to guess the user/pass for the site. I was always trying to wrong user email address in the past. We'll need to talk about whether or not to keep the store running. Some funkiness right now with the balance on the account.

However, if people have ideas I guess we can take them after all.

Heavily negative. So much so I'm surprised it's still running. But it says we have a positive amount that's "pending" so it balances out to +$16. However, at $7 a month, I have no idea how that would be possible.

The reality is though there's no way we sold thousands of dollars of merchandise in the last 30 days, so that pending positive is almost impossible.
