Deceptive HP ad on Macworld site?

On the Macworld site, http://www.macworld.com/news/, in the "latest stories" column on the left, there is an HP ad,

"HP has full Universal driver support for Intel-based Macs."

But when I checked out the HP site, I see no evidence that they have re-written their drivers in universal binaries. Doesn't it look like HP drivers are still going to have to run under Rosetta on any Intel based Mac?

Perhaps they're referring to the drivers included on the restore discs that come with Intel Macs...they do in fact seem to be Universal, as I'm currently using said drivers with my PSC 1610 AIO.
