And, any chance of making your signature less offensively formatted? Edit; Thanks...appreciated! Last edited by Bryson : 2006-02-11 at 19:35. |

A similar, though no where near as cool, thing happened when I ordered my 12" Powerbook refurbished. It was only supposed to come with 256 megs of RAM, but when I powered it up and opened System Profiler, it had 640!

This happend to me a couple of years ago too. I bought a Refurb 15" Powerbook that was supposed to have a Combo drive, but instead had a Superdrive. I was so happy because I wanted a Superdrive, but all I could afford was the Combo model.

Something similar happened to me: my PB G4 1GHz had a hard drive failure, so I shipped it to Apple.
It came back with an 80GB drive (up from 60) and a SuperDrive (up from a combo). They replaced the scratched case and the scratched screen too. Gotta love AppleCare. Logic, logic, logic. Logic is the beginning of wisdom, Valeris, not the end. |
