I know iPad, iPhone and iPod touch are made in Foxconn factory, but what about Macs?

Probably some other huge factory in China or Taiwan with equally bad (if not worse) working conditions.

Same as all other electronic devices sold by all the other big tech companies.

Well it this the thing to ask is where are they assembled? As I imagine that all the parts are made in china then sent to the US or Ireland to be assembled.

Mine says it was made in Cork, Ireland.

Macs, iPods, iPhones, etc. have been made in:

China
Ireland
Korea
Malaysia
Singapore
Taiwan
USA
Wales

If you have the serial number, you can figure out which country made it by using a tool like coconutIdentityCard or this page.

Note that the former doesn't handle the new numbering scheme yet. (It thinks my Mac was built in 2000, because the third place used to signify the final digit of the year '2000'.)

iPods, iPhones, iPads etc are primarily Japanese and South Korean internal components, with assembly being done at Foxconn in China.

Not sure about Macs but I think Foxconn is involved with them as well.
