Dammit Gelding... I saw that one for the first time a couple days ago, and had it in mind as this page was loading...

It's amazing how fast these videos spread through the tubes, no?

edit: To add to the thread, though, I submit this video which originally circulated long before the likes of Google Video and YouTube.

Now that's impressive, IMHO.

It amazes me how so many people are good at that game tho. Do they really spend all that money to practice?

I've seen people close to that kid, their footwork is much faster, their dancing is not as fluid and good though.

No more impressive than an equally skilled pianist (which the guy probably is)...

He was hitting some of them, but he was definitely missing a lot of them too.

It's not really a video, but I found this to be, um, interesting... Armageddon!

On piano, though, you get the benefit of having up to ten fingers hitting the keys, and their placement sequence makes musical sense (normally, anyway). That guy hit well over 2100 "notes", most of which only made partial location-musical sense, with just two hands.

Adding another video:

I think I've posted this in another thread, but it still amazes me. The "Queen of the Night" aria is one of the most demanding arias for *sopranos* and this little kid is ripping it up (for the most part).

Wow! That kid IS amazing.

Climb Dance, a video of a rally car climbing Pikes Peak. Scary and very impressive:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=gutopJoxGj0

Another rally video. This was last week during the X Games. Colin McRae is half a second ahead of Travis Pastrana going into the final stage. It's a pretty tense finish:

http://youtube.com/watch?v=Ci_p6ulyTRg

After watching these I don't really understand why so many people enjoy NASCAR. It's really boring watching a bunch of cars just drive around in a circle for 500 miles.

Both of those were sweet Luca! I really love F1 and rally car races more than NASCAR. Those guys had real guts and driving ability.

I watched the first, but couldn't take any more, so I'll have to watch the other later.

OMG!!!!! I was a nervous wreck watching that!

Smashing rocks off the sides of hills - repeatedly (!); skidding SOOOOOOOOO close to the edge of a million-foot drop-off.

No, really, the 'drop-off' shots pretty much did me in. SHEESH!!!

And all that on LOOSE DIRT???? Omg.

I'm surprised the track managers didn't throw some loose gravel on the curves to make things even *more* interesting.

Good video, Luca...

...now that I've recovered from a brief interlude of cardiac arrest.
