I'm using macOS 12.3 and when I connect my iPod to my Mac I get it in Finder, but only for files management. There is no media management option.

Shock of all shocks, I actually had use for it today at a party and I couldn't figure out how to load the playlist on there. I have the same issue for my Nano, so any assistance would be great. While I can spin up a VM of an older macOS and iTunes, I would rather not if I can help it.

I found that article. I do have some local music on this computer. It still doesn't allow the normal "iPod" screen in Finder. I have no means to be able to change any settings on it for that matter.

My goal was to sync some playlists from Music.
