Dammit Steve.
Wait, is "Deluxe Editions" the same thing as iTunes LP? I'm confused. I guess I'll have to wait for them to be, y'know, officially announced. and i guess i've known it all along / the truth is, you have to be soft to be strong |

Since iTunes 9 is now official, there's a thread for it in Apple Products.
Am I the only one who caught that iPhone 3.1 changes how you buy ringtones? Now it's $1.29, rather than $0.99 + the song. Not sure if that's a price hike or not... and i guess i've known it all along / the truth is, you have to be soft to be strong |

Phil is talking so much about how great the current iPod touch is that I can't help but feel that he's killing time instead of introducing a new iPod touch. The camera delay, if true, must really have been a last-minute affair.

They used a photo of a GameStop's PSP game shelf to illustrate the poor purchasing experience of other game systems. Burn! Too bad the PSP has, y'know, a full online store too. Should have shown the DS wall...

EDIT: ...well, no price drop, he just mentioned the touch was $229 (so those prices last night were off). Now he's talking about non-entertainment apps? WTF? EDIT EDIT: Nevermind. 8GB @ $199, 32GB @ $299, 64GB @ $399. Microsoft just Zuned their pants. (No 16GB?) and i guess i've known it all along / the truth is, you have to be soft to be strong |

I think he covered the classic update in about five seconds. And a $30 price drop on the iPod touch? That's it?
Please tell me the "one more thing" will be "all of these iPods have cameras!" and i guess i've known it all along / the truth is, you have to be soft to be strong |
