I have got 250GB hdd in iMac 24" (white) which I am thinking about upgrading. I have got external drives but would like more storage in the actual unit...
Has anyone done this before? I had a G5 which was easy to do but the thought of opening up my 24" seems to be a bit daunting to be honest as taking the screen out etc looks different with tape etc... I do this day in day out in the PC World and have no worries... Maybe it is just lack of how they all fit together... Has anyone else done this? Was it easy? Is there a guide? Does anyone know what model HDD to get? |
