Hello again. I just wanted to double-check that there are no problems with my understanding of this:
I currently connect to the net with the following method: The ADSL modem is PC-only, so it sits connected to the Dell desktop, which is set to share it's internet connection to the ethernet port. Then, either my 17" powerbook or my girlfriends 15" powerbook sits on the desktop, connected via ethernet to the PC. That then shares it's internet connection via Airport to the other powerbook, which operates wirelessly. Can I replace the powerbook on the desk with an Airport Express, plug that into the shared PC 'net connection and use both Powerbooks wirelessly? I can't see why not at the moment. |
