The Keynote address happens on the 11th, Tuesday.

That's when Steve makes the announcements.

Teasers may come tomorrow though. And possibly updates to the products that aren't going to be mentioned in the keynote.

New products and product updates are announced at the keynote. The news sites will be reporting things as they are discussed there, but Apple won't reflect the new items and changes on apple.com until several minutes after the keynote is finished.

Correction: Apple's product releases will likely only be reported after the keynote. See this thread for details.

Third party companies will be announcing products tomorrow prior to the Keynote. They do this because after the Keynote the press almost always concentrates soley on what Apple has introduced.
On January 12, right after the close of the stock market Apple will announce quarterly results - which will by all accounts be spectacular. A webcast of the analyst conference call will commence shortly after that via the Apple site.
