hey, I make a lot of pictures with my digital camera, and I'd like to know, if there's any program to reduce the size of the pictues, thanks!

I use 'the Gimp'.
One thing I noted last time I was creating some jpegs was that if I use interger based encoding for the jpegs the file size is larger then if I use floating point based encoding. Yet, the picture seems to be exactly the same. Maybe someone who knows abou these things could answer me as to what the difference is between the two. (well at least how it applies to jpeg encoding) no sig, how's that for being a rebel! |

iPhoto is probably the easiest but I find ToyViewer very user friendly too - http://www7a.biglobe.ne.jp/~ogihara/software/index.html.
