Hi,
Something weird happened to my mom's PowerBook G4 earlier today. My mom's Safari window crashed and the "do you want to send this error to Apple" thing would not go away, so she just minimized it. Then this line, that is now white but was earlier red, just appeared right down the middle of the screen. Unfortunately, my mom didn't get extended AppleCare and her one-year warranty is up.

The specs are as follows:
12.1 inch PowerBook G4 Rev C.
768 MB RAM
60 GB HD
1.33 GHz G4
Running Mac OS X 10.3.9

HELP!?

Hmmm... Mac Mini? Maybe. Mac Pro? Probably Not. iMac? Who knows!?

Sounds like a graphics card problem, not dead pixels. Sorry, I can't help you out more than that. Good luck.

I had that problem with a 15" Apple Studio Display. The display was replaced, fixed the problem (duh).
