Is there any way to "lock" a folder in iPhoto? I have some pictures of a sensitive nature, and I'd like to be able to somehow password protect those pictures, and keep them from showing up in the main "all photos" view. Is this at all possible?

Easiest way would be to make like a "dirty old man" account for OSX, and put all your dirty stuff into that user account.
