My girlfriend has an odd problem with her Keychain. She forgot her OSX password and had to reset it with the install disc. I think in trying to fix the problem, she deleted a keychain in the keychain manager. Now, her Mac asks for her password all the time - when opening apps, connecting to the internet, all sorts of things.
What can she do to stop the annoyance? We're updating to Tiger on the 29th so would it make sense to just clean install then? I was going to get her to archive and install, but if a clean install would fix it, that'd be ok. |

That keychain was what held all her passwords... in Keychain Access, make sure she has a keychain of her own. If not, make one. In either case, select "File -> Make keychain <her user name> the default". That should make it auto-open on login.
