I was just wondering what the best method for backing up my hard disk would be while utilizing my superdrive?

Is there a better way than copying into new folders and burning onto the disk, a nice application/program perhaps?

Thanks in advance,
Dan (OS X 10.2.8)

If you've got a .mac account, Backup might fit.
