Anyone know how to change a default application that a file is opened in? I am working in Tiger and everytime I open an EPS file that should open in Illustrator, it defaults and opens in preview. I have to right click and tell it to open with Illustrator. What's funny is, once you right click and go to "open with" it shows "preview" is the default but no way to change it.

Select File.
Get info. Open With. (select application) Change All...  |
