what would you do?
g4 aluminum 12", 867mhz, 640mb ram, superdrive, 40gb hdd, airport - $500 or g4 titanium 15", 1ghz, 1gb ram, superdrive, 60gb hdd, airport - $400 p.s. im mainly interested in using it for recording audio (garageband/logic) and a little web design (iweb) thanks |

Since you were considering spending $500 on the 12" I would recommend saving up an additional $150-$200 to buy a first generation MacBook. It'll be far superior and a lot more bang for the buck.

thanks for the tip. actually i had a macbook and i sold it. dont get me wrong, its a kick ass computer, but i didnt really do much with it. I ended up buying the 15" tibook so now ive got a laptop that does everything i need it to and extra $$$

Congrats. I have always thought the TiBook was Apple's most desired product upon release.
