Okay, so a friend of mine screwed up. He uploaded some files using a PhpBB attachment mod onto a forum he uses. It's in a thread in a private forum that I don't have access too.
Well, just before leaving for vacation today, he sent me a link to the forum's file upload directory and told me to just look in there for the files, and told me the filenames that he'd uploaded. Unfortunately, the PhpBB attachment mod adds an underscore and a number after the filename to make sure there are no duplicates. The uploads directory has a blank index page in it to prevent file listing. Is there any way, using a browser setting or some kind of program, to view the files in the directory so I can find these images? |

Basically no. Not if the site owners don't want you to see the directory.
I can think of some ways around it, but none that are quicker than flying to wherever your mate is and kicking him in the teeth! 'Remember, measure life by the moments that take your breath away, not by how many breaths you take' Extreme Sports Cafe | ESC's blog | scratt's blog | @thescratt |
