I just upgraded to the new version of FontExplorerX and found several duplicate fonts.

Right now I'm trying to determine WHICH duplicates to trash.

One of the conflicts is along this path:
/System/Library/Fonts/Supplemental/Arial.ttf

It's duplicate is along this path:
/Library/Fonts/Arial.ttf

It is MY surmise that the "rootier" version (the second one I listed) is the "best" to leave in place.

What is the RIGHT answer?

/System is rootier. In fact, it’s likely you can’t trash that one.
