That has to be it. I checked the OS report in System on the Parallels and it is ARM for sure.

This blog makes me wonder how Parallels is getting Windows without issues like VMware is having.
They go through how to get an Insider Preview and make it work in Fusion. I'm not willing to do that just to say I did. Something that takes that much work is not worth my effort/time right now. I'm really curious but not with everything else I have going on. Maybe during my next vacation when I'm totally bored. Like I said, I suspect Parallels fetches the UUP files to build an image, then boots that. (And then it runs an unattended setup.)
