Hi All,
I am working with a client who has a new Mac Mini and is trying to get to our online banking site. Since I am the only Mac user at work I was asked to help him. The mini is running 10.4.11 and every time Safari goes to our website it crashes the browser. I had him clear the cash, reset Safari and repair permissions. To get him going again I had him install Firefox (which worked). I dont have any problem using Safari with our web banking system (I tested with both Leopard and Tiger). The guy is a retiree and not very computer savvy. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. HW |

If firefox works just let him use that for the web banking. Life's too short!

I was having the same problem with Safari on some websites. However the recent update seems to have fixed it.
Anyone else notice that? |
