Whenever done downloading a large file from internet, the free memory remains less than 30MB! For example, I was downloading a movie last night, once it's done, almost all the memory is used up. I have 2GB physical memory, it remained about 50MB even I closed all the applications including iTune. It just won't reclaim the inactive memory.

So, is there a way to free those inactive memory without restarting?

Launch another app. It will take the (now unused) memory if it needs it.
