Well I think my iMac knew I had ordered a MacBook Pro...The day before the macbook arrived, the iMac wouldn't turn on...Thankfully I had bought a TimeCapsule just last month, so everything is nicely backed up.
Took off the back of the iMac...power source works, but the inside power button doesn't turn on the machine, nor does the second LED light come on... So, supposedly, logic board failure... I don't really need the iMac anymore, but I hate to just trash her...she was a hell of a work horse and still ran great... Anybody have a iMac G5 20" ambient light sensor logic board that works that they would like to sell? G crazy is not a rare human condition everything is food if you chew hard enough |
