I don't know what it is called, but it would be good to have an icon that displays in Safari when you reach the ai.org site.
Don't use that old ai logo (the plain square with just ai) - design something that compliments this site once the forum design and colour scheme has settled and is well bedded down! just my 2c |

It's called a "Favicon" or "faveico.ico. FavIcon is what is displayed in the address bar now
