My name's al, I live in Zurich, Switzerland, I got my shuffle today, and I'll buy a Powerbook at the end of March (okay, I decided that before I got the shuffle). actually, that's a question I had: from when will be able to update cheaply? from the date it comes out? from the date they announce it?
the problem is that I can buy the PB via a special offer of the technical university of Zurich (ETH) which they do only twice a year and offer prices even lower than the normal education prices and AppleCare is included... so I'll probably get it anyway and shell out the 129$ later on - it should still be a bargain... or am I not right? thanks!

If you get Applecare included, then it is most likely a better deal to get it now/soon rather than waiting for Tiger. Just see how much you save now, and remember that Tiger will cost you 129 extra.
