Hi there..Right I plugged my shuffle into my laptop on Friday, nothing strange there, but I had a comunication problem with iTunes and the whole laptop crashed...Now my shuffle is completely unresponsive...I have tried the updater and it doesn't connect, iTunes doesn't recognise that anything is connected..all I am getting on my shuffle is the green and orange lights flashing..If you go into device manager the shuffle is there...please anyone who can help me please do so as i am lost without my music ..
