reticulating your mom

Guys & gals, I give you the coolest thing I've done tonight:
I've seen instructions for something like this before, but all of them involved cardboard (some actually butchering the iPod's box) or legos. This one is really sturdy and doesn't require anything besides what came with your iPod and some scraps of wood (it truly cost me nothing to make). Of course you could finish it with paint and such (though I like this look). Here's the entire photoset along with captions. Want to make your own and post pictures here? It's really simple... just cut a hole in the wood, glue the dock adapter to the hole (I suggest you use hot glue so you can start over or dismantle the dock if need be), and glue the iPod end of the USB cable to the underside of the dock adapter angled slightly back (again, hot glue is recommended). Let's get creative |

But seriously, that little white dock thing that came with the iPod Nano. What the hell is it for? Is there supposed to be a way to make it stand using the other bits of the case or something? :?

It is included for use with Apple's Universal Dock or the iPod Hi-Fi.
