Shipping in October, Costco will sell the ipod mini. But, only the pink, silver and blue mini's. The price is $269. It includes the arm band, belt clip, and 15 free itunes songs. The 20 GB ipod is $329. The 20 GB ipod comes with 15 free itunes songs, and the dock. The 40 GB ipod is $399. It inludes 15 free itunes songs, dock, and carrying case. This is a very good deal. If I only waited, I would of saved money on buying the dock and get 15 free purchases in the itunes music store.

It makes me wonder if Costco is an authorized dealer. Because many nice brands didn't want to be associated with a large warehouse type store, Costco sometimes used shady distributors/middlemen to acquire products for sale. i remember when Costco got genuine Oakleys in the early 90s and started undercutting all the authorized dealers. Oakley sent its reps to all the Costco stores to buy them back...heh.

I would say so. I knew Oakley was picky about their distribution channels and price points but isnt buying everything back just helping Costco in the end?

drewprops: Try talking to someone at DeBeers (the diamond company/cartel) about protecting your brand and market.

My family got an iMac 333MHz there... it was just after the new slot loading ones were released, and it was Strawberry! It was dirt cheap, too... something like 600 bucks.

I guess nobody liked the Strawberry iMacs.

[edit] oh... wierd. I didn't realize I was resurrecting such an old thread. I'm still getting used to this vB 3 stuff. The related threads listings on the bottom threw me off.

Pardon it.

I can't. An admin has to. I'll ask someone to turn it off.
