My Desktop

This is in the rain forrest "el Yunque" in Puerto Rico... lived there a couple years b/c of my work.

Edited inline image to a link. Please thumbnail your images so page formatting is not disturbed for people with 1024x768 and smaller displays. See EmC's post below for example. 600x450 is the ideal size for inline images. Thanks. - murbot

I like InterfaceLift for desktop images. They have many wide-aspect images to choose from, good for the wide screen PBs (or any other display for that matter).

Matt.
For the dock, I used Transparent Dock.

To change the apple to another color you will have to use a haxie. Unless you can settle for graphite=grey, and you can change that under appearances in system prefs.

I've used Shape Shifter in the past apply themes to OS X. These can cause your computer to become unstable, BEWARE!

Hey sildani, could you shrink that pic of yours for us. Not everyone is using a large screen and it gets really annoying. Thanks.

They are Konfabulator widgets.

They're very similar to the upcoming Dashboard widgets in Mac OS X 10.4.
