If you took Renee Zellweger and Kate Hudson and put them in a blender (and part of me would like to), you'd come out with Jewel.
Personally, she never did anything for me. The sappy, earnest and overstabbing "confessional" crap songs just made me not enjoy the whole package. I think she went kinda "pop", didn't she? From a Lisa Loeb/Suzanne Vega acoustic chick to a cheeseball pop tart? Nasty. No thanks. |

I like Jewel and I do think she is one good looking woman :smokey:
but the new song SUCKS! Sounds like Britney lite. gag!!!! So, I turned the volume down and enjoyed the view. BTW: the powerbook in the first part of the video kind of got me going. |

She actually kinda looks like Kristen Scott Thomas, who was in that movie with Harrison Ford where their respective spouses die in a plane crash (the title escapes me). I thought she was quite pretty in it, in an icy, MILF-y Joan Allen kinda way. |
