I thought this would be a good forum to post this. Basically I'd be interested to hear others experiences (or whatever they know from their own research) about some of these full-service web providers that basically provide everything for a creative market but hosting. Example: Photoshelter.com has a ton of features for pro photographers who want to share, store, protect, sell their stuff online. Far more advanced than something like Flikr....
One of the things I'm interested in, is if there is a Photoshelter equivalent out there for video. Not so much like CreateSpace or other sites where they sell a discrete DVD or Blu-ray of your work... but more like where you would have individual video segments (say 10 or 15 minutes or whatever) that people could access online, via subscription only. Sort of like Vimeo but with features and fees for premium content. Anyone know of a provider like that? So far I've come up empty in my google searches. ...into the light of a dark black night. |
