slow downloads?

all of a sudden im getting mad slow downloads like 75k a second. Im on a wireless connection to my BEFW11S4 V2 linksys router. the only thing i changed was the DMZ to 20 but would that cause slow downloads?

Are you able to test the same downloads on the same wireless router with a different computer?

I like using dslreports.com to test my connection speed. Their speed test can give you a better idea of if it is your system or the connection. My area gets slow in the evening during prime time.
