Hi guys, i emptied my trash bin and had something really important in there. Yeah big ooops.

Is there any way to retrieve this?

try searching 'data recovery' @ www.macupdate.com or 'data recovery os x' on google.

Also stop using your machine until you have a possible solution if you can, or you might write over it.

I think I remember Data Rescue X as a name of a possible undeleter, but I think a lot of them have to be installed before you delete the file.
