I also find Scorpio (water) a little scary, because they hold grudges and seek revenge. eek!
What do you think about Aries??

Oh my. You're a Libra. What a wonderful sign. One of my very favorites.
Thanks Carol.

It's always nice to get birthday wishes - and it's not something I expected, especially after the nickname explanation I posted a while ago. (I'm glad it didn't cause any permanent grief.)

Re: my star sign - I am very hapy to be a Libra. I like the balance and harmony. I'm also pretty sure that being so close to Virgo I have their perfectionist streak too. The only downside is, well, I used to be indecisive ... now, I'm not so sure.

Actually, I just looked up a bit about the sign. http://www.astrology-online.com/libra.htm

There's plenty of good stuff to be happy with there - so I won't toot my own sign ... but this stopped me in my tracks:
Quote:
Possible Health Concerns...
Libra governs the lumbar region, lower back and kidneys. Its subjects must beware of weaknesses in the back, and lumbago, and they are susceptible to troubles in the kidneys and bladder, especially gravel and stone. They need to avoid overindulgence in food and especially drink, for the latter can particularly harm the kidneys.
Ain't this the truth. I've had four attacks already this year ... thankfully the most recent (last Friday) only lasted a night.

All I want is a simple life

Maybe because you have not made your date of birth known here at AN.

But I have... this is one of the crappest birthdays, liek for EVAR.

(Don't worry about it... it's not as if my whole day was leading up to expecting a message on here... *sniff*)

Thanks Carol! For what it's worth, half of my family didn't even say happy birthday until today either, so you actually were the third person to say so

No smiley face? I don't believe the conviction behind your message. But, I guess that's as good as I'm going to get.

Wow. Talk about being late to the party. Like a week late.

It took me a week to finally see this thread.

Anyway, thanks, I really appreciate it!

And Happy Birthday to everyone, including Is it 1981? and RowdyScot!

Happy Birthday, scratt.

However, I just checked the time zone converter, and discovered that it's already after midnight in Bangkok... on Saturday night.

Where I am, it's only 10:49am on your birthday, so my birthday greetings are still timely.

Hope you had a great day.
