Fucking Devlins underwater!?! The Pfhor staff is all I've got, man!

It appears to be a level from a Marathon mod, Marathon:Evil. Link to level in Marathon spoiler guide. BTW, Marathon is an awesome game. Especially that level in Marathon 2 where you get dual shotguns for the first time.

There's a shotgun in Waterloo Waterpark (an early on level), so you can get dual shotguns before the end of the Marathon 2 demo.
