Maybe my Alzheimers is kicking in again, but I could have sworn that I priced out the Family Plan for my wife and I at $100/mo. Now it's $110/mo for two phones.

Also, it's $60/mo as the cheapest plan... I thought it was $50?

Is this the other side of the iPhone price drop, or am I simply konfoozed and bamboobled again?

This is why all the prices are X9.99. Take $59.99 for example. Everyone sees the 5x.xx and says, wow, that's only 50 something dollars. Bump it up to 60.00 instead of 59.99 and all of a sudden it seems more expensive at first glance even though you've only gone up by a penny. It's all about keeping the most significant digit as low as possible.

Yeah, that I know. No, I mean that I really, truly, recall it being an even $100/mon to move to the iPhone for my wife and I, and how it was $25 more per month than we pay now with Verizon. I distinctly recall the $25 bump.

I also distinctly recall a 4 in the far left column of the cheapest plan.

Anyone wanna take a whirl in the wayback machine and peek for me?

Dude, it was $39.99 + 20 data for the iPhone upon release.

Here's an article from June 26th if it'll make you feel any better.
