Will I get in trouble for having a Leopard Space Background set on my Tiger (OS) MacBook (link:http://www.macrumors.com/2007/08/24/apple-seeds-mac-os-x-leopard-9a527-9a528a/) before Leopard is released?

Apple is unlikely to care.

Um, guys you should check before you tell him that it's okay.... they've already sent cease & desist orders to five other people in Mohawk, New Jersey. I would advise you to go ahead and take it off your computer until Leopard is officially release.... and by "off" I really do mean completely remove it from the machine. If you store it externally be sure to do it to a non-HFS style disk or reformat a memory stick to a Windows-style filekeeping system. I don't know how to do this so you need to PM Farneheit or Chucker about this. Good luck!?

naw not going to happen. Apple has already revealed the time/space theme and therefore probably doesn't care weather you have the image on your desktop. Now if you were providing people with copies of Leopard that would be another thing. I say go ahead and use it, many people have the blades of grass also.

Short answer: No. Longer answer: no. Technically, you are probably violating copyright. There's no way they could find out unless you told them though. Even then, would they notice or care enough to do anything? Probably not. Therefore, back to the short answer: no. |

Duuude! You can install that wallpaper on up to five computers. If you try more, it will erase the contents of your iPod, and summon the mother ship to reinforce the RDF around your house! Be careful!

I heard of one guy who broke the chain and the next day his wife converted to Amiga OS. A pastor in Oschenfolk, Manitoba disregarded the warning and now he's stuck running Atari DOS on 64k. If you send me $34,000 now you may be safe, but probably not... unless you send me $38,000 now. But this is a limited time chance.
Let me ask you this: does your wallpaper blink? Seriously, watch it for a 30 second cycle... count 288 pixels to the left the top left corner then go 143 pixels down from the top row. Does it blink? It will be very fast, but if it does you should stop using email until you remove the files and reformat your desktop picture library folder. . |
