A couple weeks ago it was late and I wanted to clear my Adium cache because it was acting screwy. So I went and deleted the Adium folder in my Application Support folder that had all my logs in it.
Well today I found a backup I had from January, so I am only loosing 2-3 months, which is doable. The way Adium stores logs is that each day is an html file, and it is in a folder with the name of the user that it corresponds. Well I've been using adium for a couple weeks, so I have a lot of folders that are the same, so I can't just drag the old folders into the logs folder. I'd have to take the logs from the old user, and drag them into the new users folder...for over 100 people, it would be a little too tedious. I was wondering if anyone knows a better way to deal with this? |
