I have access to all https:// site but can't access any of the normal http:// sites. So here I sit on my PC laptop trying to get some help here.
I have opened Paralells and I do have access to the web via IE. Mail.app has access to .Mac and other SMTP servers. I can see the network drive here at my mom's house. So in other words, I'm only missing http access. I did clear caches and it didn't seem to help. I haven't had a problem here before and there is nothing special about the set up here. 802.11g, WEP, Comcast HSI. Again, the XP in Paralells has http access but OS X doesn't. Update, it only has the problem with my Airport card. Seems my wired connection to the network will allow access to http:// sites thought the WiFi still doesn't. Any takers on ideas here?

Have you tried creating a new location in your network settings and seeing if that works? That would help eliminate possible problems.
Can you access Http from a different computer on the same wireless? |

Yes, WiFi works for everyone on the network including the Parallels XP install on the MB that can't connect. How odd is that? This is why I know it has to be an OS X issue. Edit: I tried to do the new location thing and it didn't seem to have an effect. I deleted the WiFi profile for the MB also and recreated one without getiing my http:// back either. Weird.
