Hello everyone!

Just a shot in the dark, I woke up this morning to find my iMac G5 running Leopard unable to wake with the fan running like a hurricane. I powered it off and restarted several times, waited several hours powered down, same thing but after the bong and about 3 minutes the fan goes again with not a flicker on the screen.

Any thoughts? I have been considering replacing the thing, but all I use it for is iTunes, WOW, and email/surfing...nothing heavy so I was hoping to keep it for awhile. Think this beast is salvageable? If not, what is the minimum iMac you would recommend for WoW and light use?
