Quick Q.
I have someone who is after a switch that will allow one monitor to be "shared" by more than one computer. By shared I do not mean at the same time, but as if one cpu originally using it and then throwing the switch to change the source to the other cpu. KVM switch? or VGA switch? Poking around the net these seemed to be the things to use, though you are trying to figure out what it is by product descriptions from retailers. From what I got KVM also handles mouse and keyboard. Or I could be completely wrong. Angels bleed from the tainted touch of my caress |

Do take note of one thing. Alot of KVM cannot be used for mac. You will see double images when using those cheap ones. Just becareful when you get the purchase, if possible, get those which specifically states that they support mac.
