A friend of mines computer recently crashed and she wants to transfer all of her songs from her windows formatted iPod to my mac in order to have a backup. I was wondering if anyone here knows how to do this? I know that on a PC you can show hidden files, etc, and drag them to the desktop to create a backup, but im not sure if this will work on a mac, or if plugging the ipod in will simply erase her iPod. Any advice would be much appreciated as would any reccomendations for a software program (free if possible
