Well, the curse of Commodore Stephen Decatur has struck PiratePalooza this year (he put a recurring 100 year curse on pirates on his deathbed in March of 1820) and as a result we've gone virtual.
This Saturday I'll be unleashing about 3.5 hours of fun video clips – some were made specifically for this year's event while others are retreads of older videos. The Facebook playlist is nearly ready, but I'm concerned about what Facebook will allow – how many video releases a page can drop in a single day... because it would most certainly seem to their automated systems that more than 60 separate releases being posted in a single day is more than a little spammy. Does anybody have anecdotal information, or better yet: a cousin who runs Facebook? LET. ME. KNOW. ... |

Well, I know a guy who is close friends with Facebook's former IT chief, but that guy is no longer affiliated and thinks Facebook is a joke!
