I am hoping someone here can help me. Today was the last day of exams for the semester and I have some extra time on my hands. I have been trying to setup PearPC for a while but now I have more than 45 minutes at a time to dick around with it. Before I continue, I know it isn't going to be that spectacular at all. I just want to do it because it is possible.
I have everything working except that I need some way of getting my 10.3 disk 1 into an .iso that can be read on windows. All .iso files I have made can not be read by Nero or winRar. Is there some obvious way to do this that I am over looking? I have wasted 5 CD-Rs trying to get this going. What Adobe Updater‽ What‽ What‽ WHAT‽ |

You need to create your iso with a program like, Nero, or WinRar, or Toast I believe.

Yes, but Nero won't read the Disk, HFS+? Didn't try WinRar, give me a minute.
EDIT:Nope winrar won't read it because windows can not read the format of the disk. Checked on my PB, the disk is Mac OS Extended. What Adobe Updater‽ What‽ What‽ WHAT‽ Last edited by EmC : 2004-12-09 at 20:40. |

If you are using a version of PearPC with native cdrom support, change the drive type for the cdrom in your PearPC config file to "nativecdrom", put the 10.3 CD in the drive and fire up PearPC........should boot the CD like a charm.
